Attitude
Your attitude is the culmination of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. When you observe individuals achieving great results, you will find that they possess a positive attitude toward themselves, which translates into their physical world. Think of attitude as a magnifying glass—it reflects what is happening inside of us. Evaluate your current actions and results honestly to determine if they are aligned with your goals and where you want to go.
A great way to reflect on your attitude is to examine your daily state of mind. Are you excited about new situations and opportunities that might present themselves, or are you waking up dreading going to work, focused on how shitty your day is going to be.
Are you going throughout your day concentrating on limiting beliefs, or on the endless possibilities of what you can achieve. Another common trait among successful people with great attitudes is their ability to expect more good from life than bad. They focus on the expectation of success rather than on potential failures. Bob Proctor said, “When you want something worthwhile, take the attitude that there are a lot more reasons why you can have it than why you can’t”.
Remember your attitude is the cumulation of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Which is great news because nobody has the ability to control your thoughts. We are responsible for the thoughts we impress upon ourselves, and choose to get emotionally involved with. Whatever ideas we consciously choose to get emotionally involved with, must be accepted by the subconscious mind, and passed through our body. Our bodies are an instrument of our minds. It is the combination of our conscious and subconscious minds working together.
This controls our entire vibration. Our vibration, in turn, controls our actions. Once your vibration becomes strong, it has to be expressed through action. Consider this: if we consciously choose limiting beliefs, they will pass into our bodies affecting our emotions, leading to actions and results we do not want. When our minds are in a state of harmony, our actions will become systematic.
Your attitude is determined by the thoughts and ideas you choose to become emotionally involved with. What you focus on expands. Begin to focus on the ideas of possibility rather than those of failure. Your attitude will begin to change and your results will grow.
