Paradigms
What Are Paradigms?
Paradigms are a multitude of habits that influence every aspect of our lives. They dictate our successes and failures, operating in the background of our subconscious mind.
Paradigms are programs in our subconscious that control our habits. They are deeply embedded, shaping our daily routines, decision-making processes, and the results we are getting.
You can notice the effects of a negative paradigm in areas such as your:
Inability to complete daily tasks, procrastination, attitude, perception, etc.
Until you change this mental program, your paradigm will continue to influence your behavior in these areas.
Changing Your Paradigm
To transform a paradigm, you must understand how it was formed in the first place: through repetition of information. The only way to change your paradigm is through the same process.
Here’s how to initiate change:
Your mind must act as a filter for your thoughts. This means you need to decide whether the current thought or idea aligns with your goals. If the answer is no, you cannot internalize the thought (add emotion to it).
Another way to look at it is: Will this new thought or idea put me in a vibration that I do not deem beneficial to the journey I’m currently on?
If you start using this approach daily, you will start developing good habits, that will begin to reshape your paradigm. Remember: Paradigms are a multitude of habits. To initiate change, you need to consciously replace bad habits with good ones.
The only way to do this is by consciously choosing beliefs and ideas that align with your goals and planting them into your subconscious mind through repetition.
